Walkthrough

Visit Pokemon Research Lab to bump into Barry. Meet Professor Rowan to receive Sinnoh Pokedex.
Go out to have Lucas/Dawn take you to Pokemon Center and Poke Mart.
Return to Twinleaf Town via Route 201 to tell Mom you are leaving.

After you return to Sinnoh from Distortion World, go visit Prof. Rowan. Meet Prof. Rowan and Lucas/Dawn at the lab to learn about Pokemon League.
Fly to Pastoria City, then go east through Route 213 to reach Valor Lakefront. Then head east to appear in Route 222.

When you register every single Pokemon in your Sinnoh Pokedex, visit Prof. Rowan to get your Pokedex upgraded to National Pokedex.
After receiving National Pokedex, you can explore the whole Battle Zone. Fly to Fight Area, then proceed to Route 225.
Talk to Lucas/Dawn, who is wandering in front of Prof. Rowan's lab. Lucas/Dawn leaves for Route 202. Follow Lucas/Dawn to Route 202 and he/she will teach you how to use the PokeRadar.
After you receive National Pokedex, a new species of Pokemon appears in the trophy garden, a small garden behind the Pokemon Mansion. The species changes daily when you speak to the owner of the mansion.
After upgrading your Sinnoh Pokedex to National Pokedex, visit Lucas'/Dawn's house to meet his/her younger sister. Speak to Lucas'/Dawn's sister to learn mass outbreak has occured. Speak to her again to know where and which Pokemon are in a thriving state. The Pokemon in the state of mass outbreak changes daily, so be sure to talk to Lucas'/Dawn's sister every day to learn if Pokemon you haven't caught yet have appeared somewhere.
