Get Legendary Pokemon from Kanto!

• After beating the game, register every single Pokemon in Sinnoh Pokedex and visit Prof. Rowan at his lab in Sandgem Town. You only have to see all the Sinnoh Pokemon to register them in your Pokedex, so there is no need to catch them all. When you show the completed Sinnoh Pokedex to Prof. Rowan, Prof. Oak from Kanto Region appears in the lab.
• Go to Pal Park to meet Professor Oak again. Prof. Oak gives you the Trainer Counter, one of the Poketch apps. Prof. Oak leaves Pal Park, saying he's heading for Eterna City.
• Fly to Eterna City. Visit Prof. Oak, who is resting in the house to the left of the Eterna Pokemon Gym. Receive the Upgrade from Prof. Oak. After you finish talking with Prof. Oak this time, Moltres, Articuno, and Zapdos appear in the world and begin flying all over Sinnoh region. You can learn where they are by using the Poketch app called Marking Map.
