Walkthrough
- You need either a team member Pokemon who learned Surf or Hidden Machine Surf in your Toolbox to visit Lightning Field.
- Proceed until you reach 30F. Defeat the Boss, Raikou there. Raikou is an Electric-type Pokemon. Raikou will turn the Red Wing into Sunset Wing,
- Return to your Team Base, then head for Northwind Field.
